This automatic nuts salting machine has a production capacity of 400-1000 kg/h and is suitable for medium- to large-scale nut factories. Equipped with an advanced PLC control system and a high-precision metering module, it ensures precise seasoning and uniform salt particle distribution. This salting machine is suitable for a variety of ingredients, including peanuts, cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts, pistachios, and sunflower seeds.

Structure of Automatic Peanut Salting Machine:

This system utilizes a modular, integrated design, encompassing an automatic elevator, a seasoning unit, and an optional oil spraying system.

The seasoning system includes:
1. An octagonal salting drum with a diameter of 1000 mm. The octagonal design ensures uniform material rotation and even salting of each nut.
2. A high-precision weighing and powder spraying system: A load cell and PLC closed-loop control system provide high dynamic metering accuracy. Furthermore, a 360° rotating spray nozzle ensures even coverage of the powder.
At the same time, we also support the optional oil spray system, which can spray vegetable oil, seasoning oil, etc. to enhance flavor adhesion.
